Preliminary Social Enterprise Parandurume Signs Sound-Visualization Language Education LMS Contract with TOLANG

On July 2, 2026, Parandurume Inc., a preliminary social enterprise, signed a development contract with TOLANG, a company selected for the Youth Startup Academy Startup Success Package, to build automated language-education learning management software based on sound visualization.

The contract was formed between two tenant companies of the Gwangmyeong Startup Business Support Center. It brings together Parandurume’s inclusive technology and education-technology development capabilities with TOLANG’s language-learning service model, creating a practical example of mutual growth among local startup companies.

This collaboration also represents a key outcome of Gwangmyeong City’s Community Wealth Building (CWB) policy. By connecting local startup capabilities, services, jobs, and social value within the region, the partnership turns the CWB vision into a concrete development project and strengthens the local economic ecosystem.

TOLANG is a language-education startup led by CEO Hyejin Koo, an entrepreneur with hearing impairment. The company provides a service that helps foreign learners train Korean pronunciation, and it aims to expand toward services that enable Deaf learners to study English pronunciation as well.

Collaboration scope

  • Designing pronunciation-learning experiences based on sound visualization
  • Building automated learning management software for language education
  • Developing management and feedback flows for both learners and educators
  • Applying inclusive education technology that improves accessibility and learning outcomes

Local partnership and CWB impact

Through this collaboration, Parandurume will strengthen a mutual-growth model among Gwangmyeong Startup Business Support Center tenant companies and contribute to the Community Wealth Building goal of circulating value within the local community. The project is intended to become more than a development contract: it is a foundation for expanding the local startup ecosystem and creating social value through technology.
